You're awesome. You completed Step 1, and you're ready for the next steps:

2. Tackle your Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI)

The assessment requires participation from 7+ supervisors, peers, and direct reports, so it is essential that you get started ASAP. Your first session will largely revolve around the results from this assessment. In fact, your experience at Session 1 depends on you having a comprehensive report. 
 

3. Introduce yourself to our robot.

"Hello exchange-bot".

We're using Slack as a way to keep our Exchange class connected. You'll receive an invite to join the channel within 48 hours of you completing Step 1. Simply enter the September 2016 Channel and say "hello exchange-bot" and our robotic assistant will handle the next steps from there.

TACKLE YOUR LPI 360

  1. You should have received an email from Wiley Assessments (notifications@lpionline.com) with this subject line:

    "Welcome to the Leadership Practices Inventory 360."

    If you have not received this email, please check your spam folder. If it's not there, email Stacy ASAP
     
  2. Complete the 15-minute assessment. Then, invite at least 7 observers of your leadership style to take it too! You can follow up personally with each observer, using this email
     
  3. Stay on your observers! Remember, your experience at Exchange is dependent on the feedback they provide- it will help you growHere is an example of an LPI report, to show you why observers are critical.
