Prep for Exchange

1. Fill out the form on this page.

We need the basics on you before we start your program.

2. Tackle your Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI)

The LPI helps identify your strengths and opportunities for growth as a leader, and is used as a benchmark to help you set goals throughout Exchange.

The assessment requires participation from 7+ supervisors, peers, and direct reports, so it is essential that you get started ASAP. Your first session will largely revolve around the results from this assessment. In fact, your experience at Session 1 depends on you having a comprehensive report.

3. Get to know your class beforehand.

We're using Slack as a way to keep our Exchange class connected. You'll receive an invite to join the channel within 48 hours of you completing Step 1. Enter the April 17 Channel and introduce yourself to your class - we'll be using that medium to communicate, post, and engage all session long!

4. Become part of our Who's Who guide.

We're using Guesterly to create a Who's Who guide for our this cohort.  This is a great way to get to know your peers. You'll recieve an email invite for this.
